INDIAN DEVOTIONAL SONG MEETS LATIN JAZZ
ABOUT
The Indo Latin Project is led by vocalist Unnati Dasgupta and pianist Alex Wilson. Bhajans, shabads and the Sufi poetry of Bulleh Shah and Faiz Ahmad Faiz meet Latin rhythm and jazz harmony, sung for spirit rather than creed. It is the fruition of a long musical relationship.
